Akoko South East Local Government Mourns
The Akoko South East Local Government regrets to announce the passing of Late Mrs. Florence Ayegbo, who until her death served as the Chairperson of the Local Government.
Late Mrs. Ayegbo passed away after a protracted illness. She was a woman of calm disposition, deep compassion, and selfless service, whose contributions to the growth and development of our local government will never be forgotten.
The Local Government joins the Ayegbo family in mourning the loss of this remarkable woman who served with grace and dedication.
According to the family, the burial arrangements are as follows:
Date: Friday July 18th 2025
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Her body will depart from Ipe General Hospital for a lay-in-state at her husband’s compound at Itoto face 2, Mosafueto Street, Ipe Akoko.
A Service of Songs will follow immediately at the same venue.
We invite the people of Akoko South East, friends, and well-wishers to join us in honoring her memory and celebrating a life well spent in service and love.
